Danielle Crawford BA
Legal assistant
I transitioned into the legal sector later in my career after spending most of my professional life in the customer services industry. During this time, I also started my family and achieved my Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Ulster.
The lockdown turned out to be a blessing in disguise for me as it gave me the opportunity to explore my true interests. I started pursuing a legal secretary qualification online, which solidified my passion for this field.
I work alongside both Jack and Carlann, assisting them with their clients needs and dealing with any administrative tasks to help the matter run smoothly. I've gained valuable insights into various areas of the law, enabling me to confidently assist clients throughout their legal journey.
Additionally, I've taken on the role of office manager and bookkeeper - my days are never boring!
Our work involves assisting clients facing criminal charges, dealing with complex family matters, or recovering from the trauma of an accident and it is a privilege to be part of the team selected to guide them through the legal process.
